Tai Chi

With a rich history spanning nearly 400 years, Tai Chi, or Taijiquan, is an ancient Chinese martial art known for its slow, flowing movements and deep focus on breath control, mindfulness, and relaxation. It is often described as "moving meditation," as practitioners engage in graceful, deliberate movements that promote inner peace, balance, and overall well-being.

Though it originated as a martial art, Tai Chi is primarily practiced today for its health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. Today, Tai Chi is also an official sport featured in major international events, including the Youth Olympics, World University Games, World Wushu Championships, and the World Tai Chi Championships.
